Important: This is an algorithmic screener and educational tool, not investment advice. The operator is not registered as a SEBI Research Analyst or Investment Adviser. By using this platform you confirm you have read and accept these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use this platform. By accessing the dashboard you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Nature of the Service

Stock Market Dashboard ("the Platform") is an algorithmic data screener that aggregates publicly available market data, applies technical filters, and displays the output for educational and research purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes:

Investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
A research report within the meaning of the SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014.
Personalised investment advice within the meaning of the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.
An offer or solicitation to deal in any financial instrument.

Screen outputs labelled "Bullish", "Bearish", "Neutral", or any similar term are algorithmic filter results, not buy or sell recommendations.

3. Allowed Use

You may use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial research and education. You may not:

Redistribute, resell, or republish any output of the Platform as investment advice.
Automate calls to any Platform API without prior written consent.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform.
Use the Platform to market or promote financial products or services.

4. Paper Trading

The paper-trading feature simulates hypothetical trades using virtual capital. No real money is involved, no real orders are placed, and no real broker connectivity for order execution is provided. Paper-trade results do not represent actual investment returns and carry no financial value.

5. No Warranty

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Market data may be delayed. Technical indicators may contain errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Platform, including any trading losses.

7. Third-Party Services

Connecting a broker account (Zerodha / Kite, Fyers) requires you to authenticate directly with that broker via their official OAuth flow. The Platform stores the resulting access token solely to fetch your portfolio data on your behalf. We do not store your broker login credentials. Use of those broker APIs is also subject to the respective broker's terms of service.

8. AI Features

The AI chat and analysis features use large-language-model APIs. The API keys you supply are stored in your account and are sent to your chosen provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Alibaba DashScope, or DeepSeek) with each request. You are responsible for compliance with your chosen provider's terms. AI responses are for educational discussion only and must not be treated as financial advice.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, at the seat of the operator's registered city, India.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by requiring re-acceptance on your next login whenever a material change is made. Continued use after acceptance constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
