Odoo Implementation

Odoo Implementation, Planned Around How Your Business Actually Runs

We map your real processes, configure Odoo to fit them, move your data, and stay with your team through go-live and the first month-end close. The goal is a system people use every day, not one that was merely switched on.

Odoo Silver Partner Best Starter India

Is this for you?

Good fit if

  • ✓Sales, stock and accounts live in separate tools and get reconciled by hand
  • ✓You are moving off spreadsheets, QuickBooks, Tally or an older ERP
  • ✓You want the scope and price agreed in writing before any build starts
  • ✓You need a partner whose working hours overlap with yours

Probably not a fit if

  • –You want Odoo switched on with no change to how anyone works
  • –You only need one app, such as Invoicing; Odoo's own onboarding may be enough
  • –You need a deadline in days, not weeks

What you walk away with

A fit-gap document

That marks every process as standard Odoo, configured, or custom, so you see where the cost sits.

A configured Odoo database

Chart of accounts, taxes, warehouses and routes, approval rules and user access.

Clean opening data

With a reconciliation report that ties balances back to your old system.

Role-based training

Plus short how-to notes kept inside your own database.

A go-live runbook

That sets out the cutover day hour by hour.

Hypercare

2 weeks of post-go-live support and stabilization.

How we work

1

Discovery and fit-gap

Workshops with the people who do the work, not just managers. We write down how orders, purchases, stock and money actually move today.

2

Design sign-off

You approve the solution design, and the scope and fee are fixed from that point.

3

Build in a staging database

We configure, and you see a working demo every week, so nothing surprises you at the end.

4

Data load and user testing

Your team runs real transactions on migrated data, and we fix what they find.

5

Go-live and hypercare

We are on call through cutover and your first period close, then hand over to support.

Ways to engage

Fixed-scope implementation

One agreed fee once the design is signed off.

Phased rollout

Start with the core apps (sales, inventory, accounting), then add manufacturing, HR or the website in later phases.

Ongoing partnership

Monthly support and improvements after go-live.

Frequently asked questions

It depends on the number of apps, the state of your data and how much custom work is needed. A single company on core apps is usually a matter of weeks; multi-company or multi-warehouse rollouts with custom modules take a few months. You get a dated plan after discovery.

There are two separate costs: the Odoo subscription, paid to Odoo per user each month, and our implementation fee. We quote the implementation fee as a fixed amount once the design is agreed. See our guide to Odoo 20 Light User pricing for how licences are counted.

Community is free but leaves out apps such as full accounting, Studio and some integrations. Enterprise adds those and comes with Odoo's hosting options. Our Odoo Editions and Hosting guide compares them.

Some processes, yes. Standard Odoo flows are cheaper to run and upgrade, so we customize only where your way of working is a real advantage.

Yes. We set up tax rules and fiscal positions by state or province, and connect a tax engine such as Avalara where your sales volume calls for it.
