1. SEBI Registration Status

- Investment Adviser under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013
- Stock Broker, Sub-Broker, or Portfolio Manager
Any algorithmic screen output displayed on this Platform is not a SEBI-regulated research report or personalised investment recommendation.
2. Nature of Screen Outputs
Terms such as "Bullish", "Bearish", "Neutral", "Avoid", "Monitor", and similar labels displayed on the Picks, Swing, Dippers, Gainers, Options, Portfolio, and Outlook tabs are algorithmic filter outputs based on publicly available market data and technical indicators. They do not represent:
- A recommendation to buy, hold, or sell any security.
- A prediction of future price movements.
- A guarantee of any investment outcome.
Always conduct your own due diligence and consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making any investment decision.
3. AI and Machine Learning Outputs
The AI chat feature and outlook analysis are generated by large-language models. These outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. AI responses must not be treated as investment advice. The Platform is an educational discussion tool only.
4. Backtest Limitations
Backtest results displayed on this Platform are subject to significant limitations:
- Survivorship bias: only stocks that continued trading throughout the test period are included.
- Look-ahead bias: while the engine attempts to avoid this, complex signal combinations may inadvertently use future data.
- Overfitting: parameters optimised on historical data may not perform well in live conditions.
- Slippage and impact: real-world execution costs, slippage, and market impact are approximated.
- Past simulated performance is not indicative of future returns.
5. Directional Forecasts (Outlook Tab)
The Outlook tab generates a next-day or next-session directional prediction using AI models and technical data. Markets are inherently unpredictable in the short term. These forecasts have no guaranteed accuracy. Do not place real trades based solely on this output.
6. Options and Derivatives
Options and futures carry significantly higher risk than equity investments. You may lose your entire premium in options trading. Derivatives are leveraged instruments — losses can exceed your initial investment in futures. Ensure you fully understand the risks before trading derivatives. SEBI mandates that you pass the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) certification before trading derivatives as a broker requirement.
7. Paper Trading
Paper trading on this Platform is a simulation only. Virtual P&L does not represent real money. Real market conditions — including liquidity, slippage, broker rejection, and order-book depth — are not perfectly replicated in the simulation.
8. No Live Order Execution
This Platform does not and cannot place live orders with any broker on your behalf. Broker connectivity (Zerodha, Kite, Fyers) is used solely for reading your portfolio and market data. Live order execution is not implemented.
9. Data Accuracy
Market data is sourced from public APIs (NSE, BSE, yfinance) and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. The Platform makes no warranty regarding data accuracy. Always verify data through official exchange or broker interfaces before acting on it.
10. General Risk Warning
